And then there were eight

There's a new official trappist brewery in Austria producing two beers!

I picked up one from the excellent local BierWinkel in Leiden today.

Gregorius from Austria...


They also have two boxes of the soon to be certified French trappisten bier from Mont des Cats... and I hear there's another Dutch contender in the works!

A few more and I can plan another week of beer drinking. :)

  1. Los Angeles and area has some very good, up and coming breweries. The
    Flying Pigeon Brewery Ride never disappoints. Flying Pigeon store can be reached by train. You might have to check it out ;)
